I bought this book for my daughter because I liked Arlen's acoustica guitar book so well. I orginally checked-out Arlen's acoustic guitar book from our local library. After using it and looking at other books at the bookstore, I decided to buy the acoustic book and the electric book from e-bay. I recommend both books. The electric book is a little more challenging than the acoustic book. It progresses from basic guitar fingerboard work to playing solo licks - not as hard as I always thought, thanks to this book. Excellent investment of money.I bought this book for my daughter because I liked Arlen's acoustica guitar book so well. I orginally checked-out Arlen's acoustic guitar book from our local library.
