    This is a must have garage staple

    Always have a bottle of this brand gasket shellac. Never been without it for forty years. Works great to hold gaskets in place when assembling engines and other components. Only complaint over the years is the bottle tips over easily which can make a mess but I’ll still never be without it.

    Permatex Indian Head Shellac Compound - Great Gasket Sealer - Pours easy into cracks etc.

    Can't beat these old remedies for fixing stuff. I have a 30 year old antique vehicle and it started to leak from the top of the windshield. I used this product to seal the leak without removing the windshield. NO More Leaks! This old Shellac Compound works better than any of these new products currently out there as far as I'm concerned. I purchased the 3 container package before it disappears from the market and you won't be able to get it anymore...

    Great product to have if you work on your vehicles ( IT WORKS)

    When I started to work on older cars I learn about this product when doing auto gasket work this stuff works. I have made gaskets out of thick paper stock and used the Indian head gasket shellac to help hold the gasket in place and to assure it did not leak.

    Best stuff ever to insure no leaks.

    Apply with applicator attached on lid nice smooth even coat on gasket and presto no leaks let dry before testing it. Read follow directions and youtube tricks and alternative usage. Handy stuff
