Excellent Video to Learn John Denver Style of music
This is a great video for the “beginning to intermediate finger picking” player who wants to learn the John Denver style of music. With the added benefit of the enclosed tablature it makes the learning process much easier - sight and sound. Pete breaks each section down to bite size pieces allow you to train your eyes, brain and fingers. Because Pete actually performed with John, his insights into John’s style are really helpful. This DVD will remain in my library many years as a reference to help me stick to the true style of Denver. Learn to Play the Songs of John Denver- Lessen One
I bought it because I like John Denver's music and I wanted to improve my skills in this type of music. I've only watched it briefly, but what I like most is the split screen teaching you the chord positions on one side of the screen and the strumming action on the other side. Also I should be able to tune my guitar following his instructions.
