Product arrived broken. Communicated with the seller, the seller said they would provide 8 dollars, communicated again as this limited of a partial refund would barely contribute toward the cost of having it fixed and asked for a slightly higher amount (20 dollars), despite it still not being enough to cover the fix, seller essentially said it wasn’t their problem, told me to call usps (the outer packaging was fine btw) did not even provide the 8 dollars they had offered. Very disappointed.

I never said it wasn’t my problem. I tried to work it out with the buyer but they demanded more money. It is not my fault the item got broken during transit. I still offered $8 for the small broken part that can be easily fixed but the buyer wanted more money.
