    Everyone should know the dangers of sugar! Your Health Depends on It!!!

    This is a terrific book and everybody would benefit from reading it. Breaking the sugar addiction is not as hard as people think and when you read the book you are certainly inspired to make a serious change in life! Our children's future depends on us knowing what's inside this gem! You'll get the scoop on High Fructose Corn Syrup and soda! You'll want to know. Here is an interesting truth. The more knowledge we have about something, the more we can take responsibility over it, and therefore be more in control of it. So, learn about what causes significant health problems and do something about it.

    Stop ignoring the signs

    I encourage my nursing students to read this book. So applicable to what we are seeing in the hospital setting as a culprit in disease processes. So true, 'we are fed by a food industry that cares nothing about our heath and cared for by a healthcare industry that cares nothing about our food'.
