I am sorry this person was dissatisfied...however this person, before he left neutral feedback, told me that the photo was shipped to his old home, that he hadn't changed his address on ebay. I refunded him in full. I also tried to ask him what made him dissatisfied...he said that somehow, the photo got to my home, and the feedback due to quality of the picture and the left side of his face, and this looks like a "photo of a photo". Well, I did the proper things to try and make him satisfied...
