I purchased a formal gown and this seller had all the measurements listed correctly and it said it runs small so I went up a size. Turns out I should’ve went up 3 sizes. The store said no refunds but she was so very kind to refund me anyway! The dress came in very nice packaging and shipped fast! It was in perfect condition!
