Maybe can be used on a small starter, used it one a Delco 455 starter, wire heated up and disconnected from button .just bumped starter on bench. this was dissected and found wire terminal on button slight melt and easy disconnected connections not even tight. Plus wire way too thin cheap price cheap quality

Not a good tool
Pluses are it's color coded and cheap. Minuses are the clip boots are very stiff, the leads are thin, the switch has bad feel, 1 ohm resistance.

Poor Design, Poor quality.
Almost totally cheap, soft, poorly designed plastic. I'm going to return for credit. First time I used it the push button pushed through the plastic threads and I had to disassemble and re-assemble only to have it happen again. Just a poor design all around.

Switch worked really well for me.
This starter switch saved me the cost of a new or junk yard purchase of a starter. I ended up connecting the battery and the starter line right over the hood. No need to connect directly to the starter itself. If I misplaced this switch and couldn't find it, I would surely buy another one. Starter = $125 compared to switch = $13 or less, what?
