    I’m not through with the book, but it’s a lot of good information if you are having trouble repeating the same mistakes. It’s a guide to helping heal the trauma from youth that creates the unhealthy patterns that plague us!

    Whether or not you realize it we ALL have an "inner child" who is also very hurt and confused by the trauma we have gone thru!!!

    As a survivor of Childhood PTSD and using EMDR therapy this book ( which was suggested to me) is very helpful and I'm so glad I have my own copy so as to underline the sentences or paragraphs that resonate with me and from which I can learn!!!

I had watched that several times and wanted the book, finally I got this one and it was all that I thought it would be. It gives you practical techniques that you can use daily. Things that really wounded your inner child that may be causing you pain in your life.Its all about retraining and this is a great, informative book to help you get there.
