Seller was very helpful when the package appeared to be lost and took a long time to be delivered. This was not the fault of the seller. However, the item description was misleading. It was advertised as new and unopened. However the box had obviously been opened, used at least once, and resealed. The plastic around the cards in the box had been removed with some bits of the plastic wrapping still left inside. I own other versions of this game and know it is used. Item is like new, not brand new

    Small, durable with adequate features

    Durably built. Blends many foods without breaking down in any way. Plastic jar easy to work with, does not break as easily as glass. Handles large volume of food, 48 ounces. Sunbeam should continue manufacturing this model and its replacement parts.
