Sent wrong part (24" vs 28"), clearly something wrong with the way they manage their inventory/ shipping since this is not the first time. They did rectify their mistake via refund and glad this did not happen during the winter season. I just ended up welding a flat bar to my original snowblower scraper bar to renew it.
