These are not used, but they were definitely not in the original packaging or have enough drapery hooks. I received 10 hooks, which is standard for 1 panel, not the two. The packaging looked as though they were from something else, too big.
The panels look good. Good seller. product is good. Would buy from them again, but ship it faster.
Took 9 days to get here. I dont recall if there was an option to ship them faster, but wish I had.

Seller does not respond. Sent a broken umbrella. We had to repair it ourselves. Emailed the seller numerous times. When I finally emailed telling the seller we repaired it then they finally approved the return after the repair was completed. Asked for compensation for our time and aggravation but the seller will not respond to my messages. Hoping it last for a few years but I’m doubtful. Also sent a different umbrella than advertised. Horrible purchase and seller. Buyer beware.

The umbrella was not broken. Firstly that buyer wanted to get full refund for another reason and didn't want to open a box and take a pictures. Then she came up with another reason.
