Had orderd TWO other trees from well known handyman stores. Both emaild me and confirmd they had shippd but then notified me on the delivery date they had been cancelld due to out of stock. Still had no Christmas tree so went to Ebay. Most prices and shipping costs were through the roof. I noticd one from bbimports that was reasonable and free shipping. Had less than perfect reviews but I figured, why not? Shippd immediately, arrivd in 2 days, as posted, beautiful. I'm REALLY impressed!!!

Craftman V20 jigsaw, Exactly as pictured, great for the parts I needed, but a better description as to what did and didn'twork would allowfor a more informed purchase. Outer box was very sturdy and taped well, inner... OEM box was closed with only 1" around it to move around. Packaging/cushioning was none existent though, but In my case was not an issue. But when explicitly paying for shipping I found this lacking. Over all a good experience though.
