    Nothing New ... But the Music Sure is Great!

    Let's get something out of the way first: If you're looking for a dynamic new sound from The Offspring after a five-year hiatus, you've come to the wrong place. "Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace" certainly doesn't break new ground; it doesn't even add anything revolutionary to the band's pop-punk cannon. But the album sure is fun to listen to. For their first studio album since 2003's "Splinter," The Offspring delivers the same high-energy riffs, chords and lyrics as their past hits. The album's first single, "Hammerhead," even hints at a possible streak of maturity; the song is clearly a anti-war attack on violence in the Middle East. While Dexter Hollander and Co. won't be remembered as pioneers, they've certainly reminded their fans that The Offspring can still rock with the best of ...

    Loud raw & a bit mellow one of their best to date.

    Put this one in & crank it up, is there any other way to listen to the offspring.They should have put can't repeat on this as a bonus track,typical offspring but I love it keep it loud boys.

    I LOVE THAT THE OFFSPRING CONTINUE TO CREATE GREAT ROCK/PUNK MUSIC BY STICKING TO THEIR ROOTS ON SOME TRACKS AND TRYING NEW SOUNDS ON OTHERS.THIS IS AN AWSOME ALBUM,NOT THEIR VERY BEST BUT I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED.FROM ONE HUGE ROCK FAN TO ANOTHER YOU WON'T BE DISAPOINTED WITH THIS ALBUM. A-

    This album is good. Though I bid it with almost the same price that on iTunes store, I still prefer to have a really album insted digital one.
