I ordered two bottles of Kerastase Shampoo. The order and payment was accepted and I received shipping info. I was suddenly informed I wouldn't be receiving my order as promised and my money was refunded. I contacted this seller twice explaining what happened. Both times I received a short, curt answer that did not explain why the seller was not honoring their agreement to accept my order and payment. If there is a mistake in a listing, it is the seller's job to honor it. Terrible seller!!

This sellers price was lower than most other vendors' price I found online. The seller also has the product in a larger size at a slightly better price. I did not discover it until after I received my order, but it is definitely not a deal breaker.
