    Very Helpful

    I like the idea of many different types of foods, nostly gourmet-type. However, no recipes that could not be accomplished by the simplest of cooks. So glad I purchased, because I would have ruined a lot of food without first knowing how to cook with a grill pan. There is a method to the madness as they say.
