    Great Grilled Cheese by Laura Werlin, Maren Caruso

    Firstly, I love the cover, it makes me hungry just to look at it; my favorite sandwich and the pages are thick, the recipes unique, in that I haven't seen them elsewhere. Imagination is in play here creating different, tempting, mouth-watering gastronomical experiences. The color orange is a favorite of mine. I decided to buy it because of its uniqueness. It is a superb book as to the quality of the paper, the photos, and most importantly the recipes. The size of the book is attractive also. This book has it going-on from every angle. A great gift, but you won't want to part from it once you get it in your hands, and once you hear the raves when you serve any one of the recipes contained therein. There is nothing I don't like about it. It is all -- Yum!

    If you are NOT a gormet cook, this book is for you

    If you like cheese, if you like grilled sandwiches, if you like different tastes, AND if you like something quick, then you may like this book. So far, we've only tried the Fontinini and salami, which was really good, but I have the ingredients for several more. A really good purchase for me.
