Great communication. Item as described & installed in laptop with cooling fan heatsink ordered from same seller & working great. Item was packed well but one small screw was missing, shown as being present in photo, but no big deal as was able to just use one from my old bottom case cover so all good. Guessing possibly screw got inadvertently knocked loose while packing or in transit & fell out of box but again was able to use screw from old case so no issues. Would definitely buy from again.

Received monitor which was as described, however it had a defect in the display. I contacted the seller, efe sales, who immediately replaced the monitor. The replacement worked as described with no defects noted. The monitor was well package which allowed it to be delivered without any damaged. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
