I asked the seller if I could pay more to receive the item by Aug. 20 or 21. They agreed & I paid them extra shipping cost on PayPal. They didn't get the item to the post office by the 19th like they said they would. After messaging them 2x they took the item to the post office, but they didn't choose shipping that would meet the agreement & wouldn't refund shipping.
