Product is 95% alike picture but a little more blurry. Controller play well but had a notice from psn that my joypad wasn't authentic and could by problematic🤷‍♂️ no trouble so far! Shipping was fast but no tracking and worst packaging ever.. like the box came banged up... send a question to seller never had a reply 😅.... Good product overall, excellent price, fast shipping, wrapped only on 4 sides out of 6, no tracking and never reply... 4★ product / 2★ seller ✌️

The book is in perfect condition, brand new, and is exactly as described. This item is difficult to find here, and the seller priced it very reasonably. It shipped from the UK to Canada, and unfortunately took a little longer to arrive than the seller hoped, but it was shipped less than 24 hours after I purchased. When I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Definitely recommend!

Best Rock Opera of All Time

I first heard the Who when I found Quadrophenia in my old man's (he's really alright) vinyl collection, when I was just 8 or 9 years old! I'm 54 now, and this has been my favourite rock album throughout all these years!! The album flows seamlessly from track to track, and it's just amazing. AMAZING!!!! The best project The Who ever worked on!

  • WHO KNOWS WHAT IS REALLY THE BEST CONCEPT ALBUM !

Let's dispense with The Who blasphemy to start things off: "Quadrophenia" is, in all things, a superior concept album to "Tommy" (and I worshipped Tommy, ha, ha). Seriously though, if it wasn't for muddied production and unfortunate time period instrumentation (ie synthesizers up the wazoo), this would be The Who's masterpiece. Unfortunately, that honor goes to "Who's Next" which itself is mostly the remnants of the abandoned "Lifehouse" project that, like Brian Wilson's "Smile", achieved legendary status as unreleased masterpieces. "Quadrophenia" is intended to display the four distinct personalities of the band members themselves combined and conflicting within our protagonist Jimmy. Jimmy is a Mod ...

  • The Who During Their Peak

An absolutely outstanding album! I'm old enough to remember when this came out, and it was promoted as one of the first "quad" albums, meaning different stereo sound out of 4 speakers instead of 2. The "quad" technology was kind of a flop, because people weren't that impressed, as I was not. I think this hurt "Quadrophenia", thus, not that many people are aware of it...only true fans of The Who. But, this is a classic! Maybe not on level with "Who's Next", but definitely one of their best. I liken it to the Beatles "White Album", also one of their best...it's only drawback being it should have been one disc instead of 2...as is the case with "Quadrophenia". It's definitely in the top 20 Classic Rock CDs of ...

  • Best Rock Album EVER!!!!

Hands down the BEST ROCK ALBUM EVER!!!!!! The music is so compelling with lyrics that still resonate with youth today. Pete Townsend is an absolute GENIUS. From the unbelievably beautiful music to the heart wrenching brutal lyrics that so articulately scream out the frustrations of coming of age youth and the seemingly infinite generation gap between they and their authorative figures. An absolute MUST for any respectful music collection. Roger Daltry is at the top of his game! Keith Moon's drums are the best and most difficult performances in the history of Rock N Roll. And last but not least, NEVER FORGET, the greatest Bass Guitarist of all time, John Entwistle whose performance is pure artistry. "My fried egg makes me sick first thing in the morning...." Buy It!!!!

  • One of The Who's Best

To me Quadrophenia is one of the Who's best albums, and also one of their most overlooked. Standing in the shadow of Tommy has to be tough, and because of that, with the exception of Love Reign Over Me and MAYBE Can You See The Real Me, there is a ton of great music here that never gets any airplay on the radio, or any props in any album rankings. As with most of Pete Townsends music the songs range between total rockers and slower ballads with just ther right amount of powerchords thrown in. If you've heard the entire album before you know what I mean, and if you haven't, you don't know what your missing!
