    This is the second copy of this book that I have purchased. I took one copy and cut up the chapters into sections. I take certain sections to the gym with me as reminders of the exercises I want to complete. I keep this particular copy for reading and review. The book I purchased was in excellent condition and a bargain. I highly recommend this book. I have read many books on exercise but this is the best I have ever read.
