Laptop was exactly as pictured with two small scratches otherwise as good as new. Seller replaced laptop battery before shipping and shipped in Dell boxes just like brand new ones. USPS made one wrong turn with delivery so I received one of two laptops 2 days later than the other shipped at the same time. Can't blame shipper for USPS.
