I've been a fan of JBL speakers for many years. That's why I ordered this subwoofer, and it did not disappoint! On the day it arrived, which on time as promised, I connected to an amp in my dining room. I played a demo cd with some very low notes, and gave it a proper listen. This thing will rattle the walls & your teeth with tight punchy bass....and no noise! A couple days later, I noticed my kitchen wall clock was a bit askew. Like all JBL speakers I've ever owned, this sub is vey well engineered, has rock solid build quality & is aesthetically pure.I've been a fan of JBL speakers for many years.
