The item was exactly as described in the posting. I’ve used the item and it is functional and appears to be in mint condition.
The only issue we had was the shipping time. After buying the item, the seller shipped it pretty much immediately. It took the USPS over a week to get it to me.
THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE SELLER!

This seller is great. They sent me the drum pads right before Christmas as I requested. Unfortunately, we had to return them because they weren't the right fit but my husband didn't package them properly. Hence, one arrived damaged and one got lost in shipping. However, the seller was considerate to give us a partial refund. Given the circumstances, I thought it was fair and I appreciated the seller's professionalism and emotional intelligence in handling the situation. Would highly recommend.
