I am still waiting to receive my item. The item shipped on February 15th and still has yet to arrive. Tracking and communication are poor. I will not be shopping on eBay in the future. The seller is not the problem. It's poor customer service on eBay's part. My package was promptly sent to the servicing facility in Glendale, Illinois, and was stuck there for over two weeks. :( I still need to find out where it is.
