The listing stated New without tags.....Which is the reason I purchased it. The reality when the garment arrived it reeked from strong perfume, unwearable ! Its just an inaccurate misleading listing and no wonder it claimed that seller does not accept returns! Now i know why ! Very disappointed and fraudulent.
