Rude seller and lied about the condition of the statue. The pics didn't include the damaged spots. Contacted the seller and was rude about it. The shipping box it came in was awful and poorly packaged.

Buyer says I was rude, how was I rude when I explain to her to the buyer that the item was packed well, and it was out of my hands, if anything happened to it. I clearly offered to give the buyer a full refund without hesitation, a number of times, and he refused and decided to keep it regardless then decided to give me a negative feedback. To me it sounds like he was being rude. I communicated with him and told him that if he wasn’t happy, then I would give him a full refund without my problem.

Not the best experience I have had on ebay. Figure came in damaged. Wish it was packaged better.

I told the buyer clearly that if he wasn’t happy with the transaction that I would give him a full refund. The item was packed well and it was packed in four layers of bubble wrap on top of that the box was labeled fragile, so if anything happened during shipping, it wasn’t my fault, it’s completely out of my hands after it leaves my possession. I told the buyer a number of times that I would be more than willing to give him a full refund, but decided to keep it then gave a neutral feedback!
