I received an incomplete item. It’s the main unit, but it lacks the metal hose and the t-valve that were pictured on the product page. It’s also missing the circular plastic parts that hold the item in place. I left a couple of messages over the span of a couple of days with no response from the seller. There are other sellers selling the same item for a comparable price and they include everything that the boxed item should come with. I would like for the parts to make it at least function.

    Only earplugs that work for me

    I live above a busy street that gets constant traffic from trucks, buses, motorcycles and cars. Plus a bar that has live bands a few times a week. These earplugs saved my life! I can't sleep without them. I used to have the 33 rated ones and worried that these new 32s wouldn't work as well but somehow they are better!!!! highly recommended!

    Go Smurf HEAROS!

    I live in a noisy neighborhood and can't sleep without earplugs. Used to use the regular tan Hearos but they weren't doing it for me anymore, seem to lose their rigidity by morning (when it gets louder), and other foam earplugs are way worse. These blue guys are better.

    The new Xtreme earplugs are not a good as the old Extreme earplugs. BUT they are still the best sound deadening earplugs made!
