The seller said the glasses were hardly used and in excellent condition however one came chipped. They stated it was not chipped before being shipped however they way they were packed made it impossible to chip in transit. They offered to take them back but we asked for a partial refund since 5 out of 6 are still ok. No answer to sever messages by us. We sent 2 messages over 3 days and no answer. Horrible communication and obviously knew the glass was chipped in advance. Buyer beware
