A clearly used product was sold as new. To the sellers credit they paid shipping back and refunded me. However, they claimed to not know it was used. Not buying that, considering the instructions were in the outside of the box in a packing slip pouch. The box was resealed and nothing was packaged as it should have been if new. There were also other clear signs it has been used. Buyers beware. I have pictures to prove this.

This unit should have been marked "Open Box". We test all electrical products before they are shipped. This fan was tested the day it was shipped and did work as designed. We use shredded paper as packing material instead of bubble wrap and I suspect when he was testing it, it sucked in a piece of shreding. Our Shipper is notorious for putting documents on the outside of packages. His logic is the customer will always read the documents before opening the package.
