Despite thorough packing, lamp base arrived dented, but I was still very fond of the item and wanted to keep it. Seller was very fair and was willing to refund half of the total purchase price. With a little bit of patience and care, I was able to repair the item to close to it's original condition. Pleasure doing business with the seller - great communicator. Shipping was a little slow, but not the seller's fault. There was a big snow storm that caused rerouting of the package.

Thanks, but I’m not sure why your refunded and listed for more money. I figured it was the description. But it was $20.00 and when you relisted it for the correct model number, you changed it to $24.00. Good way to do business is to communicate to your buyer, what you’re doing. The lamp is beautiful and the seller was really easy to work with. There were a number of issues with the purchase, not of the fault of the seller, but he stepped up and found solutions for all the issues including making me a deal on another lamp. But, the one that I received was just what I wanted and this seller performed above and beyond anyone would expect. A big thank you to Larry!!!
