The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    Dont like.

    The structure is ok, but the headset sound is very very low. Honestly even my 30USD headset has more power than this one sold here. Bad

    One of the best gaming headsets you can own.

    If there is a complaint about the sound being too low, it's because they aren't using a dedicated sound card. If you plan on buying this headset, please use it with a dedicated sound card (USB or PCI).
