Seller said I the listing that it was never put together and all the pieces were included and that it was new. It arrived sounding like sleigh bells at Christmas time. The parts bag had been cut open and all the tiny screws and nuts were all over the place. The cardboard inserts were non existent inside the box and half of the parts were already assembled. No packing in the box, and half of the tiny hardware was missing. Horrible seller!
