    But i never watched the ending.

    This is kind of an odd story line. I dont let my 6 yr old watch scarey, violent or wierd movies. This was borderline dark but she really likes it. Maybe i dont recommend for a child so young.

    Great Film; Great Price

    This was a wonderful film when I saw it the first time and I still love it! A delightful childrens story finally brought to the screen in a very bright, colorful, and imaginative way with the voices done by Richard Dreyfuss, Susan Sarandon, Jane Leeves, and Simon Callow, is simply magical! Beautiflly directed using various forms of filmography, it really brings to 'life' the sorts of things you only experience in a REM cycle! An appropriate film for all ages!

    James and the Giant Peach

    After reading James and the Giant Peach with my third graders, we enjoyed comparing and contrasting the movie version with the book. The students were exposed to literary license in a way that they could understand. It was a helpful tool, enjoyable movie production, and a great cumminating activity to a reading project. The DVD version made it most helpful because we were able to review certain parts easily as we reviewed the movie. It is excellent, even tho, they were disappointed in the cloud men's adaptation.
