I will leave positive feedback as the seller offered a full refund or a replacement laptop. The Fujitsu lifebook arrived and would not power up, when it did it blacked out several times then came back up. As it was only $150 I did not feel like the hassle of repacking it and traveling to UPS or Post office to reship it... It's up for the time being... hopefully it was just "glitches" and it will continue to work... (I absolutely hate having to return items.)

Great Seller! Even though his listing clearly stated, "No Returns", he paid for the shipping back when I had a problem getting onto the internet He upgraded it from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and included Windows Office for free. Nice Guy and Great Value on the computer he sold me. He even sent it with a battery powered (AAAA battery) stylus which fits into the computer, as well as a new stylus with a shirt pocket clip. The screen flips around for an excellent tablet. Dell :Latitude XT3
