Seller cancled my order. I have been in busniess for over 15 years and this was frustrating. Estimate for shipping was almost same as the painting, which didn't have to be the case. I offered to pay for the shipping and packaging using my account, he abruptly cancelled my order. Not only disppointing me, but he knew my client loved the art, now I have to pass the bad news to them. Poor practices in business, "too busy with his other job" to give customer service to this one.
