I have a screengrab of the conversation with my postman in which he included a photo of the parcel to aid identification. He told me the dress had been posted as a large letter when it should have been a small parcel. It seems to me that your complaint should be wth the post office if you paid the correct amount for the weight of the parcel, not the customer you ve left out of pocket. Please raise this with eBay and I ll happily attach the screengrab as proof - I don t seem to be able to here.
