The Crystal Cave
This is a great book. It is the first book of a trilogy about Merlin. While a work of fiction, it does a good job of depicting the era and is reasonably accurate as to locations and names, etc. I have read these books many times and enjoy them every time. I have had the other two, "The Hollow Hills" and "The Last Enchantment" for quite a while and have been looking for this volume at a reasonable price for quite a while. Many copies of "The Crystal Cave" are selling for $100+, so I was happy to get this copy at a very reasonable price.This is a great book. It is the first book of a trilogy about Merlin. Crystal Cave is one of the best books ever written, as are its sequels. It is hardback, which is what I wanted, and the price was perfect. Delivery was better than prompt as well.
