8 Minute Abs/Arms tape only improved in DVD mode
I have always loved this 8 Minute series of body defining exercises. I've been using the VHS version but it's combersome rewinding, forwarding, etc. The DVD version makes life so much easier. Like all DVD's, it gives you fast viewing and user friendly features. With an 8 minute exercise tape, I don't want to be in front of the t.v. any longer than I need to. This particular series gets right to the point. You're done exercising before you even get started! Plus, you get a bonus stretch segment which is not on my VHS version. Great workout - Safe - Effective With Common Sense
I am the girl in the video, and at the time this tape was made I was a certified fitness instructor. If I can add a level of comfort: The exercises taught in this video are safe for anyone to do at home and are very effective exercises. As with any exercise video and / or equipment advertised, there are no quick fixes to your exercise goals. A sensible healthy diet is a must. Cardio is a must (even if you don't want or need to lose weight, for good heart health). Other weight bearing and strengthening exercises are also of great benefit to your body. Overall, this tape is a terrific addition to your overall fitness regimend, and I am proud to have been part of this project. I've been using 8 Minute abs for years but I'm always misplacing the dvd so I was happy to find it on Ebay. I'm using it 5 days a week !!

Great Abs DVD
I love this abs DVD, because it covers all areas of the abdominals. It goes very fast and is over before you know it. There are also several bonus workouts on this DVD which was a plus. The arms part is ok, but nothing great. I have already worn out 2 VHS tapes of the ab workout and highly reccomend it. If you do this 5 or more times a week, you will notice a change quickly. I really can't find anything bad to say about this product other than it is a much better workout for the abs than the arms.
