THIS IS A GOOD TONE CAP. THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE IN IS BE CAREFUL NOT TO PULL ON THE LEADS AS THE WAX WILL EASILY COME OUT, RENDERING IT USELESS. IF THIS HAPPENS, PLACE IT BACK IN THE CASING AND LIGHTLY MELT THE WAX ENOUGH TO FIT TIGHTER AND BASICALLY "GLUE" IT BACK IN. These are a wax/paper dialetric cap with a cool, vintage look. They are actually 400 volt caps but say 150v to ,more closely resemble an old Astron ,I suppose. The sound is a mixture of the Astron caps of the late 50's and early 60's. The Fender brand completes package.
