Past month
Verified purchase
I bought a high value Tiffany & Co Brooch and while the pin was being authenticated by eBay, Seller cancelled the transaction. Seller claims the cancellation was an "accident" by the Seller and promised they would relist so I can purchase again. It's been a month, I have been trying to get in touch with the Seller and at this point I am just being ignored. When I expressed my frustration for an awful service, Seller responded "Why do you want to do business with someone who has awful service?"

We strive for excellent service and with over 1000 positive transactions this our first negative experience. We acted in good faith on this transaction. There was an issue with receiving the brooch back from eBay (we still haven't received it). The buyer is unresponsive as we have attempted to remedy the problem. The negative comments left by the buyer are not accurate.
