    Great light or senior workout.

    We do an exercise class 3 times a week with some of the exercises. A few seniors and a middle-aged gal. It's easy to add weights to make it more of a workout if you want. A good part of my exercise regime.

    LOVE IT!!!!

    I really like this informational and illustrative tape! Have been using the exercises on the tape, especially the ones using sitting in a chair or holding onto a chair and my agility and balance have improved. I am not all the way through the exercises on the tape but looking forward to them! I am partially disabled and have bad balance and cannot walk well and this tape is doing wonders for me. Would recommend to anyone with the same problems!
