Had some delivery problems and the seller was very courteous and helpful. Shipped the item promptly and made it through japanese customs quickly. The item arrived as described and came with a case that was even better than I had anticipated. Item was well packaged with plenty of padding. The item was very late, however this was not the fault of the seller, as American customs lost the package.
