  • Resurrect your old 35mm slides and store the images digitally with this.

Purchased to replace an inferior device. This unit lives up to it's claims and is capable of converting my old 33mm slides to adequate digital files. It's not fast, as it takes considerable tweaking to compensate for slides that are over/under exposed, needing color corrections and sizing, but the results are worth it. A must for anyone who has boxes of old slides just sitting in the closet being neglected.

  • Plustek OpticFilm 7300 Film Scanner (35 mm)

If you ever want to scan 35mm negatives or slides but don't want to pay Nikon prices, then the 7300 is for you. Great scanner puts my HP G4050 to shame for scanning 35mm negatives. Its much faster than a flatbed and the sharpness is amazing. Forgetting the price a lowly US$214, its a fantastic scanner. The manual feed is something to get used to as well as the cheaply made 35mm negative tray. Comes bundled with a scanning software, however, I found Vuescan to work quite well with it.

  • working under win10

Well its a little hard when win10 17025 think the drivers are virus's had to go back to an earlier version to get it to work and the drivers are the lite version full set drivers and program about an extra $40.00 but its working and I am getting somewhere now

  • Love this thing.

This thing is great and I'm still learning. I have rescued slides, prints and B+W film and am very satisfied. This is the best BANG FOR THE BUCK in a scanner.Works great with my MAC.
