The photo and description was not deceptive in the least, I received exactly what was offered. I was worried about shipping stoneware but this stein was packed so well I have no doubts had the packaged been dropped there would have been no damage. As far as shipping goes; the response time from the seller was very quick. I live in a rural area so it took USPS a little longer than usual but that's no fault of the seller. Overall, I would definitely recommend, and buy again from, this seller.
