- t***s (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseIn terms of packaging and appearance, the device arrived in the exact same condition as my previous MacBook Air, which I bought directly from Apple a few years ago.It looks and feels brand new.The only issue I noticed was with the speakers: they sound uneven, with the right speaker sounding dry and not as loud as the left one, even after pushing the slider more towards the right to equalize them.Apart from this, upon initial use it appears to be in excellent condition,and the battery is at 100%.

Disappointed that I paid extra for excellent refurbished condition Macbook Air and battery health was only 86%. With excellent refurbished condition I feel the battery should be no less than 90%. Maybe ebay should have an option for sellers to post battery health or require sellers to show the computer booted up with battery health in one of the pictures like some sellers do.
