Skirt was advertised as a 14 but is a 16. Seller told me I could return at my own expense and they would refund purchase price. I still would have had to pay for shipping both ways.

SELLER provided all measurements...anyone who knows this style skirt,regardless of the label sizing knows to always check measurements because the fit can and does vary. I was happy to accept a return which i normally do not do but at purchasers expense since my only fault was an error in listed size when half the fault lies in purchaser not checking measurements.
