A problem with 1 of 2 Honeywell QS16" fans I bought was quickly resolved (with another fan) after I provided a video showing the faulty oscillating mechanism. I'm happy with the seller, but not impressed by Honeywell's quality control, the other of the first 2 I bought was creaking when turning left to right, luckily I managed to fix that with silicone spray. Another minor issue is all 3 motors make a slight scrapping noise, noticeable at slow speed

Wish I bought it when the heatwave was crazy, but nevertheless will be using this when needed. Definitely recommend!

Box has been battered senseless but the item itself was undamaged. That is the courier’s fault. Nothing missing from the box courier had loads of their own packing tape over all the tears. The quality is excellent thank you considering how damaged the box actually was.
