Item was shipped quickly and securely. Item listing wasn't done correctly necessitating contact with eBay customer service. be respectful my friend , do not said what ever you like , item is not damage ,only 2 numbers on cellophane which is easily remove just a dap of alcohol and Qtip , do not make a big deal of it

I know that you had 2 of the same item available grabbid403-5, but you did not send the one pictured - instead the one I received (which you obviously didn't want to show) was damaged and if there was an easy fix for the permanent marker, why not do it yourself before sending it to your buyer who paid good money? I was also very disappointed that did not even bother to respond to my message, this is very poor customer service and shows that you knew you had sent a bad item.
