Item described as in near new, excellent condition. Made offer, which was accepted, and payment made. Short time later, seller cancelled transaction, saying he found the pen had a cracked barrel. I offered to buy the pen as-is, seller declined. Sounds like sellers remorse. I call bs on the seller's action, and disappointment and a waste of time for me.
